Payment and Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid within 7 days prior to arrival.

Failure to pay the balance within this deadline will result in the reservation being considered cancelled due to the guest's fault, and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation by the guest:

- up to 30 days before check-in, the deposit paid will be fully refunded;

- from 29 to 7 days before check-in, the 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty and no further payment will be required;

- in the last 6 days before check-in, in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be provided.

Any undue tourist taxes will be refunded, if already collected.

- No refunds are provided in the last 6 days before check-in in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure.

Unpaid local taxes will be refunded if already collected.
