Data processed We process the data you provide to make a booking: first name, surname, email, phone, stay details and, where required by law, guests' identity documents. Payment data is handled directly by our provider Stripe: we do not store card numbers. 3. Purposes and legal bases - Managing the booking and stay (performance of the contract). - Meeting tax obligations and reporting guests to the authorities (legal obligation). - Responding to your contact requests (legitimate interest). 4. Retention Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the stay and meet legal obligations, then deleted. 5. Recipients Data may be shared with: Stripe (payments), Smoobu (booking management), booking portals (Airbnb, Booking.com) where the booking originates from them, and the competent authorities for legal obligations. 6. Transfers outside the EU Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU, with the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). 7.
